We started our day with an enriching session on Stress Management through YOGA & Meditation led by the incredible Mr. Shishir Pokhriyal!
Mr. Pokhriyal guided us through various techniques to calm our minds, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. The yoga exercises and meditation practices left everyone feeling rejuvenated and peaceful.
The power of mindfulness and inner peace was truly experienced by all. We learned how to integrate these practices into our daily routines to maintain a balanced and harmonious life.
After the serene morning session, we switched gears for an enlightening session on Career Counselling by the dynamic Ms. Priyanka Tomar!
Ms. Tomar shared valuable insights on navigating career paths, setting professional goals, and making informed career decisions. Her practical tips and strategies empowered us to guide our students more effectively in their career journeys.
The interactive Q&A session with Mrs. Tomar was a highlight, as participants got to discuss their queries and receive personalized advice.
