Admission Procedure

Admission Criterion

The minimum age for admission to Class VI is 10+ years on 1st April of the current year.
Admission is open to boys and girls on the basis of merit and availability of seats.
The school prospectus cum admission form must be collected either from the school office on working days or downloaded from the admission section on the website.
Forms must be submitted to the school office during working hours.
It is mandatory for all aspiring students to appear for the basic entrance examination prior to admission.

Documents Required

Please prepare the following official documents to ensure a seamless verification during admissions:

Transfer Certificate (TC)
Mandatory requirement. Must be countersigned by authorized education authorities.
Birth Certificate
Official birth registration record. Compulsory for admissions in classes VI-IX.
Academic Mark Sheets
Attested true copies of the previous class academic records and scorecards.
Passport Photos
Two passport-sized colored photos + official family photograph (Mother, Father & Siblings).
Category Certificate
Attested copy of Caste Certificate issued by authorized state departments.
Other Certificates
Differently-abled verification certificates or Migration Certificate (if changing boards).

Withdrawal Conditions

The school maintains strict administrative guidelines regarding student withdrawals:

Mandatory Request

Withdrawal requests must be made formally in writing by parents accompanied by the requisite administrative fee.

Dues Clearance

All applicable terminal fees, hostel charges, and school dues must be completely cleared before seeking a Leaving Certificate.

No Refund Policy

Paid admission fees, development charges, or other security funds will not be refunded at the time of student withdrawal.

Grounds for Compulsory Withdrawal:

Gross indiscipline or behavior immune to correction.
Persistent non-payment of school fees and hostel dues.
Academic failure (failing twice in the same class).
Continuous absence for 10 or more days without official information.

Re-admission

Expelled or formally withdrawn students may be considered for re-admission under strict guidelines:

Subject to the academic guidelines and the sole discretion of the Principal.

Mandatory submission of requested legal documents (Medical fitness, Apology letter countersigned by parents, etc.).

Immediate clearance of any pending balance fees, late dues, or administrative re-registration charges.
